Polycarbonate is a transparent amorphous polymer notable for its outstanding impact resistance (almost unbreakable), heat resistance up to 125°C and excellent clarity,
although opaque and translucent grades are also available. Their application includes glazing, safety shields, lenses, casings and housings, light fittings, kitchenware (microwaveable), medical apparatus (sterilisable) and CD's (the discs) etc.
Polycarbonate are widely used for greenhouse, sunroom, skylight, hurricane window protection, hurricane shutters, storm panels, storm shutters, pool enclosures, exterior or interior walls & numerous covered structures.
